Abstract

Almidones de maíz con un contenido de amilosa aparente entre 35% en peso y 90% en peso y con propiedades de procesamiento mejoradas con respecto a los almidones de maíz con alto contenido de amilosa convencionales, se refiere además a harinas de maíz y alimentos que contienen estos almidones de maíz o harinas de maíz. Procedimientos para la preparacion de tales almidones de maíz/harinas de maíz así como también a plantas de maíz, que sintetizan estos almidones de maíz. Se refiere además a almidones de trigo con un contenido de amilosa aparente entre 35% en peso y 90% en peso, y propiedades de procesamiento mejoradas, así como también a harinas de trigo y alimentos que contienen estos almidones de trigo o harinas de trigo..Preparacion de tales almidones de trigo/harinas de trigo, así como también a plantas de trigo que sintetizan estos almidones de trigo.
