Abstract

Una composicion que comprende un extracto acuoso de flores de manzanilla para el tratamiento de una condicion proliferativa y/o inflamatoria y procedimiento para la preparacion de la misma. Reivindicacion 3: La composicion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 2, en donde el extracto acuoso es un aceite volátil que se obtiene por un procedimiento de extraccion que comprende una destilacion de vapor de agua de flores de manzanilla, preferentemente bajo presion reducida. Reivindicacion 6: La composicion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 5, que es sustancialmente libre de cumarinas, que preferentemente contiene menos de 0,01 % peso/peso, más preferentemente menos de 0,005% peso/peso de cumarinas, calculado como 7-hidroxicumarina. Reivindicacion 7: La composicion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 5 o 6, que contiene chamazuleno en una cantidad de 5-15% peso/peso, más preferentemente 15-25% peso/peso, más preferentemente 20-30% peso/peso. Reivindicacion 8: La composicion de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, que adicionalmente comprende aceite de ajenuz. Reivindicacion 14: La composicion de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, que adicionalmente comprende palmitato de ascorbilo y/o acetilcisteina.
