Abstract
Método para preparar un producto alimenticio en rodajas que comprende una baja cantidad de acrilamida. El producto alimenticio de preferencia tiene origen vegetal, por ejemplo un tubérculo o un vegetal, de preferencia el producto alimenticio estábasado en papa. La presente también se refiere al uso de un corto tratamiento con calor para acelerar la extraccion de asparagina a baja temperatura de un alimento intermedio en rodajas que contiene asparagina.
