Abstract
Un método y aparato para evitar una falta de alimentacion de enlace ascendente (UL) incluyen determinar informacion de estado de buffer corriente. La informacion de estado de buffer corriente es informada a un Nodo B evolucionado (eNB). Unaconcesion que incluye una determinacion de una cantidad de fichas virtuales que puede acumular una unidad inalámbrica de transmision /recepcion (WTRU) es recibida desde el eNB.
