Abstract
Es un objeto de la presente mejorar la eficacia de gasificacion de contenido solido inflamable cuando se debe gasificar combustible con relacion de combustible alta que presenta un contenido de carbono fijo en grandes cantidades. Un conducto de tubodescendente de material 11 para la introduccion del material de lecho 10 separado en un separador de material 9 y un puerto de abastecimiento de combustible 21 para la introduccion de combustible de gasificacion 12 se colocan a un lado del horno degasificacion 2; al otro lado del horno de gasificacion 2 se coloca un puerto de abastecimiento de contenido solido 19 para el abastecimiento de contenido solido inflamable 18 y el material de lecho 10 en el horno de gasificacion 2 al horno decombustion 1. En el horno de gasificacion 2, y entre uno y el otro de los lados del horno 2, se colocan placas de particion verticales 22 para suministrar un conducto de flujo curvado en zigzag 23 con vueltas superiores e inferiores.
