Abstract
Se describe una turbina adaptada para estar confinada dentro de un flujo de fluido. La turbina comprende un inductor adaptado para estar confinado dentro de un flujo de fluido, y un rotor que define una abertura que cuenta con una pluralidad de palas de rotor (10) que sobresalen de una region periférica del rotor hacia la abertura. El rotor está adaptado para estar montado en forma giratoria al inductor de tal manera que el movimiento de fluido a través de la abertura cause la rotacion del rotor con respecto al inductor. Se genera electricidad como resultado de la rotacion del rotor con respecto al inductor.
