Abstract

Contenedores refrigerados que contienen aire en circulacion continua o un gas que contiene oxígeno en el que se inyecta ozono para preservar los productos perecibles que son susceptibles a deterioro cuando se almacenan durante largos periodos de tiempo. El contenido de ozono del aire en circulacion es monitoreado continuamente por un sensor de ozono, realizándose de forma continua ajustes a la cantidad e índice de inyeccion de ozono mediante un controlador en base a las senales del sensor de ozono así como de otros sensores.
