Abstract

Formas cristalinas polimorficas de forma base de O-desmetilvenlafaxina, que aquí se denominan Formas A y B de forma base de 0-desmetilvenlafaxina, y métodos para preparar y obtener las mismas. Reivindicacion 1: Un proceso para preparar Forma A polimorfica de forma base de O-desmetilvenlafaxina caracterizado porque comprende suspender la forma base de O-desmetilvenlafaxina en por lo menos un solvente. Reivindicacion 2: El proceso de la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque dicho por lo menos un solvente es por lo menos uno de: (i) metanol, (ii) acetonitrilo, (iii) agua, (iv) un solvente de éster, (v) un solvente de nitrilo, (vi) mezclas de agua con por lo menos uno de: un solvente de nitrilo, un solvente de amida y un solvente de sulfoxido, y (vii) mezclas de los mismos.
