Abstract

La presente se refiere a un procedimiento y a una instalacion para el precalentamiento de material a granel que contiene hierro, en particular hierro esponjoso o briquetas de hierro esponjoso, con un recipiente de alimentacion 2 para cargar el material a granel, y un agregado de precalentamiento 1, en el que el material a granel cargado desde el recipiente de alimentacion 2 es calentado por medio de un gas reductor caliente circulante, donde el mismo gas circulante es calentado en un calentador de gas 16. En razon del empleo de un gas circulante reductor es posible alcanzar una amplia reduccion del material a calentar. De acuerdo con la solicitud, el precalentamiento tiene lugar mediante calentadores de gas 16. Reivindicacion 13: Procedimiento segun una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque durante el precalentamiento el agregado de precalentamiento se cierra por medio de cierres de gas dinámicos.
