Abstract

La presente se refiere a procedimiento para su preparacion y al uso de estos compuestos como medicamentos en caso de enfermedades cardiovasculares, en especial en caso d4e hipertension arterial y danos vasculares orgánicos acompanados con hipertension arterial. Reivindicacion 1: Compuesto de la formula general (1) donde R1 es arilo o heterociclilo, en particular benzoimidazolilo, benzo[1,3]dioxolilo, benzo-furanilo, benzooxazolilo, benzotiazolilo, benzo[b]tienilo, quinazolinilo, quinolilo, quinoxalinilo, 2H-cromenilo, dihidro-2H-benzo[1,4]oxazinilo, dihidro-3H-benzo-[1,4]oxazinilo, dihidro-2H-benzo[1,4]tiazinilo, 2,3-dihidroindolilo, dihidro-1H-pirido[2,3-b][1,4]oxazinilo, imidazo[1,2-a]piridilo, imidazo[1,5-a]piridilo, indazolilo, indolilo, isobenzofuranilo, isoquinolilo, [1,5]naftiridilo, fenilo, ftalazinilo, piridilo, pirimidinilo, 1H-pirrolo[2,3-b]piridilo, 1H-pirrolo[2,3-c]piridilo, 1H-pirrolo[3,2- b]piridilo, tetrahidroquinolilo, tetrahidroquinoxalinilo, tetrahidroimidazo[1,2-a]piridilo, tetrahidroimidazo[1,5-a]piridilo, tetrahidroisoquinolilo, [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]piridilo o [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]piridilo, que están sustituidos con 1-4 acil-alcoxi C1-8-alcoxi C1-8, acil-alcoxi C1-8-alquilo C1-8, (N-acil)-alcoxi C1-8-alquil C1-8-amino, alcanoílo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-alcanoilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-aIcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-alcoxi C1-8-alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-alquilo C1-8, (N-alcoxi C1-8)-alquil C1-8-aminocarbonil-alcoxi C1-8, (N- alcoxi C1-8)-alquil C1-8-aminocarbonil-alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-alquil C1-8-carbamoílo, alcoxi C1-8-alquil C1-8-carbonilo, alcoxi C1-8-alquil C1-8-carbonilamino, 1-alcoxi C1-8-alquil C1-8-heterociclilo, alcoxi C1-8-aminocarbonil- alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-amino-carbonil-alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-carbonilo, alcoxi C1-8-carbonil-alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-carbonil-alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-carbonilamino-alcoxi C1-8, alcoxi C1-8-carbonil-amino-alquilo C1-8, alquilo C1-8, (N-alquil C1-8)-alcoxi C1-8-alquil C1-8-carbamoilo, (N-alquil C1-8)-alcoxi C1-8-alquil C1-8-carbonilamino, (N-alquil C1-8)-alcoxi C1-8-carbonilamino, (N-alquil C1-8)-alquil C1-8-carbonilamino-alcoxi C1-8, (N-alquil C1-8)-alquil C1-8-carbonil-amino-alquilo C1-8, (N-alquil C1-8)-alquil C1-8-sulfonilamino-alcoxi C1-8, (N-alquil C1-8)-alquil C1-8-sulfonilamino-alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8-amidinilo, alquil C1-8-amino-alcoxi C1-8, di-alquil C1-8-amino-alcoxi C1-8, alquil C1-8-amino-alquilo C1-8, di-alquil C1-8-amino-alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8-aminocarbonil-alcoxi C1-8, di-alquil C1-8-aminocarbonil-alcoxi C1-8, alquil C1-8-aminocarbonil-alcoxi C1-8-alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8-aminocarbonil-alquilo C1-8, dialquil C1-8-aminocarbonil-alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8- aminocarbonilamino-alcoxi C1-8, alquil C1-8-aminocarbonilamino-alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8-carbonilamino, alquil C1-8-carbonilamino-alcoxi C1-8, alquil C1-8-carbonilamino-alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8-carboniloxi-alcoxi C1-8, alquil C1-8-carboniloxi- alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8-sulfonilo, alquil C1-8-sulfonil-alcoxi C1-8, alquil C1-8-sulfonil-alquilo C1-8, alquil C1-8-sulfonilamino-alcoxi C1-8, alquil C1-8-suIfonilamino-alquilo C1-8, amino opcionalmente N-mono- o N,N-di-alquilado C1-8, aril-alcoxi C0-8, aril-alquilo C0-8, carbamoil-alcoxi C0-8, opcionalmente N-mono- o N,N-di-alquilado C1-8-, carbamoil-alquilo C0-8 opcionalmente mono- o N,N-di-alquilado C1-8, carboxi-alcoxi C1-8, carboxi-alcoxi C1-8-alquilo C1-8, carboxi-alquilo C1-8, ciano, ciano-alcoxi C1-8. ciano-alquilo C1-8, cicloalquil C3-8-alcoxiC1-8, cicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-8, cicloalquil C3-8-carbonilamino-alcoxi C1-8, cicloalquil C3-8-carbonilamino-alquilo C1-8; O,N-dimetilhidroxilamino-alquilo C1-8, halogeno, halo-alcoxi C1-8, halo-alquilo C1-8, heterociclil-alcoxi C0-8, heterociclil-alquilo C0-8, heterociclilcarbonilo, hidroxi-alcoxi C1-8-alcoxi C1-8, hidroxi-alcoxi C1-8-alquilo C1-8, hidroxi-alquilo C1-8, O-metil-oximil-alquilo C1-8, oxido u oxo; R2 y R3 son, de modo independiente entre sí, hidrogeno o alquilo C1-6 o ambos radicales, junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos, son cicloalquilo C3-8, R4 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-8; Ves -alq-, -alq-O-alq-, -aril-, -alq-cicloalquilo, -cicloalquilo, - cicloalquil-alq-, -alq-heterociclilo, -heterociclilo, -heterociclil-alq-, -alq-heterociclil-C(O)-alq-, o -heterociclil-C(O)-alq-; X es -NR4-C(O)- o -alq-C(O)-NR4-, donde Alk designa alquileno C1-8; Y es un enlace, -C(O)- o -C(O)-NR4-; Z0 es igual a - Z1-U-, donde Z1 es -O-C(O)- u -O-C(O)O-; U es un radical bivalente que tiene el siguiente significado: a) -alquileno C1-8, con referencia alquileno C1-8, que están opcionalmente sustituido con uno o varios de los sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo formado por: halogeno, hidroxilo, -ONO2 o T0, donde T0 es -OC(O)-(alquil C1-8)-ONO2 u -O-(alquil C1-8)-ONO2; -cicloalquileno C3-8, donde el anillo está opcionalmente sustituido con cadenas laterales T, donde T es alquilo C1-8; b) es formula (2) donde v es un numero entero de 0 a 20, y v1 es un numero entero de 1 a 20; c) formula (3) donde v es un numero entero de 0 a 20, y v1 es un numero entero de 1 a 20; d) formula (4) donde v1 es como se definio con anterioridad y v2 es un numero entero de 0 a 2;Z2 = -O-C(O)- o -C(O)-O- y R5 es H o CH3; e) formula (5) donde v1, v2, R5 y Z2 son como se definieron con anterioridad; U1 es -CH2-CH2- o -CH=CH-(CH2)v2-; f) formula (6) donde v1 y R5 son como se definieron con anterioridad, R6 es H o -C(O)CH3; g) formulas (7) donde Z3 es -O- o -S-, v3 es un numero entero de 1 a 6, preferentemente de 1 a 4, R5 es como se definio con anterioridad; o h) formula (8) donde v4 es un numero entero de 0 a 10; v5 es un numero entero de 1 a 10; R7, R8, R9, R10 son iguales o diferentes, y son H o alquilo C1-4; U2 es un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros heterocíclico saturado, insaturado o aromático que comprende uno o varios heteroátomos seleccionados de nitrogeno, oxígeno y azufre, y está seleccionado preferentemente de las formulas (9) n es 0 o 1; y sus sales, con preferencia de sus sales de utilidad farmacéutica.
