Abstract

Para lograr mayor economía y parámetros de elaboracion mejorados al laminar el fleje, la invencion prevé que el fresado del desbaste plano (3) sea el primer paso de elaboracion mecánica que se lleve a cabo después de desviar el desbaste plano (3) a una orientacion horizontal (11), que el desbaste plano (3) sea fundido con un espesor (d) de al menos 50 mm y la fundicion del desbaste plano (3) se realice con un flujo de masa, expresado como producto de la velocidad de fundicion y espesor del desbaste plano (v x d) de la menos 350 m/min x mm. La invencion también se refiere a un dispositivo para fabricar un fleje de metal por fundicion continua.
