Abstract
Técnicas para la adaptacion de la codificacion de video a efectos de reducir el encabezamiento de paquetizacion. La velocidad de codificacion de video controla la cantidad de bits de codificacion asignados a un segmento de video codificado, y por ello la longitud del segmento de video codificado. Las diferencias entre la longitud del segmento de video codificado y la longitud acumulada de una serie de paquetes utilizados para codificar el segmento de video, tiene como resultado un espacio de paquetes sin inutilizar dentro del ultimo paquete en la serie. Este espacio de paquetes sin utilizar se rellena típicamente con bits de relleno. De acuerdo con la revelacion, la velocidad para la codificacion de video se ajusta para un segmento de video digital de modo tal que el video codificado calce más ajustadamente dentro de la serie de paquetes, con lo cual se reduce la cantidad de bits de relleno requeridos por el ultimo paquete.
