Abstract
Un metodo de asignacion de recursos para transmitir contenido de un elemento de red (105) en una red de comunicaciones (100) a uno o mas dispositivos moviles (110∼125) cada uno en comunicacion con el elemento de red (105), comprendiendo el metodo: recibir, en el elemento de red (105), informacion caracteristica que corresponde a cada uno del uno o mas dispositivos moviles (110∼125); generar uno o mas valores de tasa de bits garantizada adaptativa (AGBR) en el elemento de red (105) que corresponde a cada uno del uno o mas dispositivos moviles (110∼125), respectivamente, siendo los valores de AGBR valores de GBR generados por cada uno del uno o mas dispositivos moviles (110∼125) basandose en la correspondiente informacion caracteristica; ejecutar en el elemento de red (105) un primer algoritmo de planificacion basandose en el uno o mas valores de AGBR; y asignar recursos en el elemento de red (105) a cada uno del uno o mas dispositivos moviles (110∼125) basandose en una salida del algoritmo de planificacion.
