Abstract

Un dispositivo determina, con base por lo menos en parte en un elemento de sintaxis en un mensaje de información de mejora suplementaria (SEI, por sus siglas en inglés) de anidación escalable encapsulado por medio de una unidad de capa de abstracción de red (NAL, por sus siglas en inglés) de SEI, si un mensaje de SEI anidado encapsulado por medio del mensaje de SEI de anidación escalable es aplicable a una subcorriente de bits por defecto. La subcorriente de bits por defecto es una representación de punto de operación de un punto de operación definida por medio de un identificador de capa especificado en una cabecera de la unidad de NAL de la unidad de NAL de SEI y un identificador temporal especificado en la cabecera de la unidad de NAL. Cuando el mensaje de SEI anidado es aplicable a la subcorriente de bits por defecto, el dispositivo utiliza el mensaje de SEI anidado en una operación sobre la subcorriente de bits por defecto.
