Abstract

Una composicion farmacéutica que contiene microesferas cargadas con Factor de Crecimiento Epidérmico para ser administrada por vía parenteral en los miembro inferiores de pacientes diabáticos aquejados de lesiones isquémicas cutáneas cronicas. La composicion de la presente reduce la frecuencia de administracion durante el tratamiento y permite que la cicatrizacion de las lesiones sea más rápida comparada con la administracion de cantidades equivalentes del Factor libre en solucion. Reivindicacion 2: Una composicion farmacéutica segun la reivindicacion 1, donde el factor de crecimiento epidérmico se encuentra encapsulado en microesferas o nanoesferas poliméricas. Reivindicacion 3: Una composicion farmacéutica segun la reivindicacion 2, donde las microesferas se fabrican de un material polimérico del grupo integrado por copolímeros de ácido láctico y ácido glicolico, homopolímeros de ácido láctico, homopolímeros de ácido glicolico, policaprolactona, copolímeros de hidroxibutirato e hidroxivalerato, copolímeros de ácido láctico y caprolactona, poliortoésteres y polianhídridos.
