Abstract
REIVINDICACIoN 1.- Un compuesto de indanil- y tetrahidronaftil-amino-tiourea caracterizado porque la formula (I) donde n es 1 o 2; m es 1, 2, 3 o 4, siendo preciso, que cuando m es más alto que 1, los radicales R1 pueden tener los mismo o diferentes significados, R1 es seleccionado entre: hidrogeno, halogeno, OH, SH, NH2, SO3H, COOH, ciano, azido, nitro, formilo, CONH2, CSNH2, CH=N-OH, CH=N-O-(C1-C6)-alquilo, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alquinilo, C3-C8-cicloalquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C1-C6-alquilamino, di(C1-C6-alquil)amino, C1-C8-alquiltio, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alqueniloxi, C2-C6-alquenilamino, C2-C6-alqueniltio, C2-C6-alquinilo, C2-C6-alquiniloxi, C2-C6-alquinilamino, C2-C6-alquiniltio, C1-C6-alquilsulfonilo, C1-C6-alquilsulfoxilo, C2-C6- alquenilsulfonilo, C2-C6-alquinilsulfonilo, (C1-C6-alcoxi)carbonilo, (C2-C6-alqueniloxi)carbonilo, (C2-C6-alquiniloxi)-carbonilo, (C1-C6-alquil)carboniloxi, C2-C6-alquenil-)carbonil-oxi o (C2-C6-alquinil)carboniloxi, (C2-C6-alquenil)carbonil-amino, pudiendo los átomos de carbono en los radicales alifáticos de los grupos antedichos llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2 o 3 radicales, seleccionados cada vez independientemente del grupo, que consiste de; R1c es seleccionado entre: hidrogeno, C1-C6-alquilo, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alquinilo, C3-C8-cicloalquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, (C1-C6-alquil)amino, di(C1-C6-alquil)amino, hidracino, (C1-C6-alquil)hidracino, di(C1-C6-alquil)hidracino, fenilo y heteroarilo, que puede ser un anillo heteroaromático mono o bicíclico con 5 a 10 miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados entre O, S y N; un radical Y-Ar o un radical Y-Cy, donde Y es un enlace simple, oxígeno, azufre, nitrogeno, C1-C6-alcandiilo o C1-C6-alcanodiiloxi; Ar es fenilo, naftilo o un anillo heteroaromático mono o bicíclico de 5 a 10 miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados entre dos átomos de oxígeno, dos átomos de azufre y tres átomos de nitrogeno como miembros de anillo, donde Ar no lleva sustituyente o puede llevar cualquier combinacion de 1 a 5 radicales, seleccionados cada vez independientemente del grupo, que consiste de halogeno, ciano, nitro, hidroxi, mercapto, amino, carboxilo, C1-C6alquilo, C1-C6-haloalquilo, C1-6-alcoxi, C2-C6-alqueniloxi, C2-C6-alquiniloxi, C1-C6-haloalcoxi y C1-C6-alquiltio; Cy es C3-C12-cicloalquilo, que no lleva sustituyente o está sustituido con 1 a 5 radicales, seleccionados cada vez independientemente del grupo que consiste de: halogeno, ciano, nitro, hidroxi, mercapto, amino, cargoxilo, C1-C6-haloalquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C2-C6-alqueniloxi, C2-C6-alquiniloxi, C1-C6-haloalcoxi y C1-C6-alquiltio; y donde el radical R1, que es ligado con átomos de carbono vecinos de los anillos fenilo, puede formar, junto con dichos átomos de carbono, un anillo benceno, condensado, un carbociclo saturado o parcialmente insaturado, condensado, de 5, 6 o 7 miembros o un heterociclo condensado, de 5, 6 o 7 miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 hereroátomos seleccionados entre dos átos de oxígeno, dos átomos de azugre y tres átmos de nitrogeno como miembros de anillo, y donde el anillo condensado no lleva sustituyente o puede llevar 1, 2, 3 o 4 radicales, seleccionados cada vez independientemente del grupo, que consiste de: halogeno, ciano, nitro, hidroxi, mercapto, amino, carboxilo, C1-C6-alquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C2-C6-alqueniloxi, C2-C6-alquiniloxi, C1-C6-haloalcoxi y C1-C6-alquiltio; R2 es seleccionado entre: hidrogeno, C(=O)R2d, C(=S)R2d, C1-C6-alquilo, C1-C6-alquilamino, di(C1-C6-alquil)amino, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alquenilamino, C2-C6-Alquinilo, C2-C6-alquinilamino, di(C2-C6- alquinil)amino, C1-C6-alquilsulfonilo, C2-C6-alquenilsulfonilo, C2-C6-alquinilsulfonil C1-C6-alquilsulfinilo, C2-C6-alquenilsulfinilo, C2-C6-alquinilsulfinilo, C3-C12-cicloalquilo, P(=O)R2aR2b, P(=S)R2aR2b, NR2aR2b, SiR2aR2bR2c, N=CR2aR2b, CR2a=NR2b; y donde R2a, R2b y R2c son seleccionados cada vez independientemente entre hidrogeno, C1-C6-alquilo, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alquinilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C2-C6-alqueniloxi, C2-C6-alquiniloxi, C1-C6-alquiltio, y pudiendo los átomos de carbono en estos grupos estar sustituidos por 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados entre halogeno, ciano, nitro, hidroxi, mercapto, amino, carboxilo, C1-C6-alquilo, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alquinilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C2-C6-alqueniloxi, C2-C6-alquiniloxi, C1-C6-haloalcoxi, o C1-C6-alquiltio; R3, R4 son seleccionados entre hidrogeno, ciano, nitro, formilo, C(=O)R3c o C(=O)R4c, C1-C6-alquilo, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alquinilo, C3-C8-cicloalquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, (C1-C6-alcoxi)metileno, C1-C6-alquilsulfinilo, C1-C6-alquilsulfenilo o C1-C6- alquilsulfonilo, pudiendo los átomos de carbono en los radicales alifáticos de los grupos antedichos llevar cualquier combinacion de 1, 2 o 3 radicales, seleccionados cada vez independientemente del grupo, que consiste de: halogeno, ciano, nitro, hidroxi, mercapto, amino, carboxilo, C1-C6-alquilo, C1-C6-alcoxi, C2-C6-alqueniloxi, C2-C6-alquiniloxi, C1-C6-haloalcoxi y C1-C6-alquiltio, C(O)NR3aR3b o C(O)NR4aR4b, (SO2)NR3aR3b o (SO2)NR4aR4b, fenilo, feniloxi o bencilo, pudiendo cada uno de los tres ultimos radicales mencionados no llevar sustituyente o estar sustituido con 1 a 5 radicales, seleccionados cada vez independientemente del grupo, que consiste de: halogeno, C1-C6-alquilo, C1-C6-haloalquilo, C1-C6-alquiltio, C1-C6-haloalquiltio, C1-C6-alcoxi y C1-C6- haloalcoxi radicales; y donde R3a, R4a y R3b, R4b son cada vez independientemente seleccionados entre hidrogeno, C1-C6-alquilo, C1-C6-haloalquilo, C2-C6-alquenilo, o C2-C6-alquinilo; R3c, R4c son cada vez independientemente seleccionados entre hidrogeno, C1-C6-alquilo, C2-C6-alquenilo, C2-C6-alquinilo, C3-C8-cicloalquilo, C1-C6-alquiltio, C1-C6-alcoxi, (C1-C6-alquil)amino, di(C1-C6-alquil)amino, fenilo y heteroarilo, que pueden ser un anillo heteroaromático mono o bicíclico con con 5 a 10 miembros, que contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos seleccionados entre O, S y N; siendo preciso que al menos uno de R3 y R4 es hidrogeno; o los enantiomeros y la sal aceptable en la agricultura y veterianria de los mismos, siendo preciso, que el compuesto de la formula I no represente un derivado de 3-(1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-1-naftil)-tio-urea, donde (R1)m,R3 y R4 significan hidrogeno y R2 es hidrogeno o R2 es CH3.
