Abstract

La presente está relacionada con el inmunodiagnostico, específicamente la parte dedicada a los microarreglos de proteínas. Además, está vinculada con la inmunoquímica y los ensayos inmunofluorescentes para la deteccion de diferentes analitos. Se utilizaron diferentes fases solidas, sobre las que se inmovilizaron varios anticuerpos monoclonales, policlonales, proteínas recombinantes y péptidos sintéticos. Los resultados nos permiten contar con microarreglos de proteínas con un formato práctico en el inmunodiagnostico para diferentes analitos simultáneamente logrando adicionalmente la reduccion del tiempo, el volumen de reactivos a dispensar y los costos del ensayo.
