Abstract
La presente provee un trigo que no expresa ninguna de las siguientes proteínas (1)-(6): (1) proteína almidonsintetasa II-A1 de trigo codificada por el gen de almidonsintetasa II-A1 de trigo de SEQ ID N°: 1; (2) proteína almidonsintetasa II-B1 de trigo codificada por el gen de almidonsintetasa II-B1 de trigo de SEQ ID N°: 3, (3) proteína almidonsintetasa II-D1 de trigo codificada por el gen de almidonsintetasa II-D1 de trigo de SEQ ID N°:5, (4) proteína de almidonsintetasa A1 ligada a gránulo, codificada por el gen de almidonsintetasa A1 ligada al gránulo de SEQ ID N°:7, (5) proteína de almidonsintetasa B1 ligada al gránulo codificada por el gen de almidonsintetasa B1 ligada al gránulo de SEQ ID N°:9, y (6) proteína de almidonsintetasa D1 ligada al gránulo codificada por el gen de almidonsintetasa D1 ligada al gránulo codificada por el gen de almidonsintetasa D1 ligada al gránulo de SEQ ID N°:11.
