Abstract

El objeto de esta invencion es un dispositivo con tapa y embocadura para latas de bebidas, aplicado al orificio de salida de líquido, conformado por dos piezas (1) y (2) vinculadas entre sí conformando un todo y posicionadas una sobre otra. La parte inferior o base (1), con forma de anilla y una oquedad central (7) coincidente con el orificio del envase, y una barra de proteccion transversal (17), es fija. La parte superior o tapa (2), de la forma y dimensiones precisas, es movil, susceptible de desplazarse y cambiar de posicion, actuando directamente como tapon. La union de ambas piezas se realiza preferentemente mediante un sistema de guías correderas, abisagrado o articulado, presentado la base una prolongacion frontal (16) o protector labial. La cara inferior de la tapa (2) incorpora una estructura central (18) que se acopla y ajusta en la abertura central de la base, conformando el cierro del dispositivo.
