Abstract

Un sistema y un método perfeccionado para el laminado de masa que permite una eleccion mejorada de tamano de la abertura del laminador y que suministra un mecanismo de liberacion rápida para evitar el dano a los rodillos laminadores. Disparadores hidráulicos, sujetos a un rodillo movil, sostienen el rodillo en una posicion fija con respecto a un rodillo que gira en direccion opuesta. Los disparadores están engranados con una fuerza de cierre superior a la fuerza ejercida por el material laminado contra los rodillos que de esta manera aseguran que los mismos mantengan una abertura de un grosor fijo. Los bloques de expansion térmica montados al marco o bastidor del rodillo que gira en direccion opuesta proporcionan un mecanismo para efectuar los ajustes precisos en la abertura del laminador.
