Abstract

Con el fin de evitar la contaminacion de un frasco-ampolla (2) con restos de líquidos medicinales, como por ejemplo citostáticos, que pudieran haberse volcado sobre el exterior del frasco-ampolla (2) al llenarlo, se dota al frasco-ampolla (2) de una envoltura (6) protectora de calce ajustado como ultimo paso en el proceso de produccion. La envoltura (6) comprende un adhesivo inferior (602) que se pega a una parte inferior (202) del frasco-ampolla (2) y una funda de calce ajustado (601), que se encoge sobre la pared lateral (201) del frasco-ampolla (2), a la vez que se superpone parcialmente al adhesivo inferior (602) a lo largo de un borde circunferencial de la parte inferior (202) del frasco-ampolla (2). Como resultado de la disposicion de la envoltura (6), cualquier contaminacion que pudiera haber en la parte exterior del frasco-ampolla (2) queda encapsulada entre el frasco-ampolla (2) y la envoltura (6). Por consiguiente, los usuarios ya no están expuestos a sustancias toxicas, porque los usuarios no llegan a tocar el frasco-ampolla (2) en si, sino que tocan la envoltura (6)
