Abstract

Se utiliza una técnica en un sistema de comunicaciones inalámbricas de banda ancha (100). En algunas realizaciones, se determinan (310) los canales disponibles y se selecciona (315) uno para la asignacion a cada una de un conjunto de unidades de comunicaciones en base a una pérdida de trayecto de frecuencia relativa para cada uno de los canales disponibles. En algunas realizaciones se asigna (505) a una unidad de comunicaciones un canal seleccionado entre los canales disponibles y se ajusta (510) un parámetro de pérdida de senal relativa de la unidad de comunicaciones, tal como la potencia de transmision, en base a una pérdida de trayecto de frecuencia relativa determinada a partir de la frecuencia de canal del canal asignado. En otras realizaciones, la informacion de transmision se divide (705) en multiples corrientes de datos, cada una caracterizada por una sensibilidad de senalizacion relativa asociada, y cada una de las corrientes de datos se asigna (715) a uno de los multiples canales de transmision, donde las corrientes de datos se asignan a canales de frecuencia de canal decrecientes a fin de disminuir las sensibilidades de senalizacion relativas asociadas de las corrientes de datos.
