Abstract

Una preparación en aerosol que comprende un recinto que encierra una composición en aerosol que contiene un compuesto macrólido (por ej. tacrolimo) que sirve como componente activo, presenta el problema que la formulación de la composición en aerosol cambia con el transcurso del tiempo de modo que se reduce la población de componente activo en la composición en aerosol debido a que el compuesto macrólido como componente activo se absorbe en parte a la "junta" de la parte de válvula hecha de un material resinoso. En una preparación en aerosol de la presente que comprende una composición en aerosol que contiene un compuesto macrólido y un recinto que encierra la composición en aerosol, una parte de la válvula del recinto presenta una junta hecha de por lo menos un material resinoso seleccionado entre caucho de butilo, caucho de etileno-propileno, caucho de cloropreno, polietileno, polibutilen-tereftalato, poliacetal, poliamida, politetrafluorometileno, polipropileno y elastómero termoplástico, con lo cual se resuelve el problema.
