Abstract

Un método y sistema de comunicación inalámbrica para asignar pasos múltiples a dedos del receptor Rake. Se establece una base de datos de asignación de dedo Rake donde se categorizan senales de paso múltiple en un grupo verificado y en un grupo no verificado. Cada paso múltiple es asignado a un casillero individual en la base de datos. Cada casillero incluye un campo de datos de fase piloto, un campo de datos de antena, un campo de datos de código, un campo de datos de intensidad de senal promediada, un campo de datos de indicador asignados, un campo de datos de indicador de verificación, un campo de datos de indicador de actualización, un campo de datos de número de dedo Rake asignado y un campo de datos de contador de tiempo de asignación. Las senales de paso múltiple en el grupo verificado son categorizadas en forma adicional en un sub-grupo asignado y en un sub-grupo no asignado. Durante un intervalo de medición, cada una de una pluralidad de senales de paso múltiple recientemente medidas es comprada con las senales de paso múltiple en la base de datos y es procesada en consecuencia.
