Abstract
Un conjunto interno de válvula reductora de presión para un pozo petrolífero de alta presión que incluye un cuerpo metálico que tiene canales de entrada y de salida que están revestidos con insertos cerámicos. El conjunto puede también incluir un dispositivo removible reductor de presión que está preferiblemente formado por un material cerámico. Piezas de carrete de tuberia asociadas con el conjunto reductor de presión forman la transición del diámetro de flujo interior estrecho del conjunto hacia el diámetro de flujo de carrete tiene cuerpos metálicos con canales de flujo que están revestidos con inserto cerámico. Los insertos cerámicos están dispuestos dentro del carrete metálico y están preferiblemente disenados con una conificación de canal de flujo que aumenta gradualmente el diámetro de flujo interior deasde aquel del canal de salida del conjunto reductor de presión haci quel de la tubería de proceso. El usa de los revestimientos e insertos cerámicos en el conjunto reductor de presión provee u método para aumentar la vida útil de funcionamiento de los componentes de control de flujo de los pozos petrolíferos de alta presión.
