Abstract

Se describe un sistema reductor de presión para pozos petroleros de alta presión.El sistema incluye un cuerpo metálico teniendo canales de entrada y salida que están recubiertos con insertos cerámicos. El sistema también incluye un dispositivo reductor de presión que esta hecho preferiblemente de material cerámico. Las piezas asociadas para tubería, en forma de carrete, con el sistema reductor de presión, van cambiando su angosto diámetro de flujo interior a uno de mayor diámetro en las tuberías de proceso de crudo corriente abajo. Las piezas en forma de carrete tienen cuerpos metálicos, con canales de flujo que están recubiertos con insertos cerámicos. Los insertos cerámicosestán dispuestos dentro del carrete metálico y están diseñados preferiblemente con un canal de flujo acampanado que gradualmente incrementan el diámetro de flujo interior desde el canal de salida del sistema reductor de presión hasta la tubería de proceso. El uso de los insertos cerámicos y los recubrimientos en el sistema reductor de presión, proveen un método de incrementar la vida operativa de los componentes de control de flujo en los pozos petroleros de alta presión.<EMI FILE="00091343_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
