Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método y a un dispositivo en un inyector de vapor de agua, (1). El inyector de vapor de agua, (1), es del tipo que comprende una carcasa o cuerpo (2) del inyector, con una entrada (4) para el vapor de agua y una entrada (3) para el producto que ha de ser tratado. En el cuerpo o carcasa (2) del inyector hay también una salida (7) para el producto terminado listo. En el inyector (1), el vapor de agua puesto en contacto con el producto. El dispositivo comprende una arandela reguladora (9) que está colocada inmediatamente después de la salida (7) del producto. La arandela reguladora (8) implica que la presión es elevada inmediatamente antes que el producto salga del inyector (1). El aumento de presión acarrea una mejor distribución del vapor de agua en el producto y que se contrarresta el riesgo de la sedimentación en el producto. El producto también hace que reduzca considerablemente el ruido molesto que puede originarse en el inyector (1).
