Abstract
Procedimiento para ajustar o regular un proceso en un equipo destinado a la transformación, el enfriamiento y/o el tratamiento térmico de un metal, especialmente de acero o aluminio, donde el equipo está provisto de elementos de ajuste para ajustar determinados parámetros de trabajo y el desarrollo del proceso se basa en un modelo de procedimiento. Con este procedimiento es posible ajustar en línea particularidades deseadas de la estructura cristalina y ajustar específicamente propiedades deseadas del material utilizando relaciones de propiedades de la estructura cristalina. Para ello debe detectarse por lo menos un valor representativo de la estructura cristalina con métodos de análisis de materiales y determinar, de acuerdo con este valor, magnitudes adecuadas de ajuste y/o regulación del proceso para que actúen sobre los elementos de ajuste y ajusten nas propiedades deseadas de la estructura cristalina del metal, aprovechando un modelo de estructura cristalina y el modelo de procedimiento en el que se basa el proceso.
