Abstract
Una instalación de enfriamiento redundante para un motor eléctrico (1) para la propulsión de un submarino posee un primer circuito de enfriamiento (2), un segundo circuito de enfriamiento (3), mediante los cuales se puede transportar energíacalórica desde el motor eléctrico de propulsión (1) del submarino. Al efecto de brindar un alto grado de seguridad de funcionamiento, se propone que en el motor de propulsión (1), los medios refrigerantes del primer circuito de enfriamiento (2) ydel segundo circuito de enfriamiento (3), circulen en sentidos opuestos entre sí a través del anillo de enfriamiento (4) del estator del motor eléctrico de propulsión (1) del submarino.
