Abstract

El clavo intramedular tiene un eje longitudinal (5), un extremo cercano (1) con medios (8) para su acoplamiento en un dispositivo de inserción y un extremo alejado (2) que tiene una punta (7) para la inserción en el canal intramedular de un hueso largo. El extremo alejado (2) está provisto con por lo menos dos orificios pasantes atravesantes (3) con ejes (6), estando la totalidad de dichos orificios pasantes (3) agrupados en dicho extremo alejado (2) dentro de una distancia x medida desde dicha punta (7) al eje (6) del orificio más distante (3). El clavo está provisto con por lo menos un tercer orificio pasante (3) con un eje (6) en dicho extremo alejado (2) que contiene los orificios primero y segundo (3), y la proyección del eje (6) de dichos orificios pasantes (3) en un plano ortogonal a dicho eje longitudinal (5) es tal que por lo menos dos de dichos ejes (6) proyectados de orificios se hallan en un ángulo alfa mayor que cero e inferior a 90° el uno con respecto al otro. Reivindicación 32: Conjunto con un clavo intramedular de acuerdo con un cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 31, caracterizada porque comprende un tornillo intertrabante cuyo diámetro principal es igual a o mayor que 0,9 veces el diámetro del orificio en el cual es insertado.
