Abstract

Un método y aparato para medir con un único dispositivo tanto las aberraciones introducidas por un ojo como la topografía de la córnea del ojo. El método incluye determinar aberraciones adentro de un frente de onda creado reflejando un haz en la retina de un ojo, determinar la topografía corneal del ojo a partir de un patrón reflejado por la córnea, y dirigir el haz, el frente de onda y el patrón reflejado usando un combinador/separador. El aparato incluye una fuente para generar el haz para producir el frente de onda que abandona el ojo y un primer dispositivo de formación de imagen para recibir el frente de onda para determinar aberraciones, un proyector para proyectar el patrón sobre la córnea para reflexión por parte de la córnea y un segundo dispositivo de formación de imagen para recibir el patrón reflejado para determinar la topografía corneal, y un combinador/separador para dirigir el haz, el frente de onda y el patrón reflejado.
