Abstract

Compuesto derivado de ácido 2-amino-2-alquil-4-heptenoico de la fórmula (1) o una sal aceptable para uso farmacéutico del mismo, donde: R1 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por hidrógeno, halo, alquilo C1-5 y alquilo C1-5 sustituido por alcoxi o uno o más halo; R2 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por hidrógeno, halo , alquilo C1-5 y alquilo C1-5 sustituido or alcoxi o uno o más halo; R3 es alquilo C1-5 y alquilo C1-5 sustituido por alcoxi o uno o más halo. También se describe una composición farmacéutica que comprende dicho compuesto y el uso de dicho compuesto y de dicha composición farmacéutica en la fabricación de medicamentos para inhibir la síntesis del óxido nítrico, para tratar la inflamación y la artritis.
