Abstract

Procedimiento para el examen analítico de una muestra de cerveza (18), con el fin de comprobar si se trata de cerveza de una determinada marca de cerveza prefijada, en el que se realiza primeramente, por medio de mediciones espectroscopicas de una serie de muestras diferentes de la marca de cerveza prefijada, respectivamente con varios valores medidos para cada muestra, una matriz de datos que sirve como referencia y que sirve como modelo, y a continuacion se obtienen espectroscopicamente valores medidos correspondientes, por ejemplo mediante mediciones de transmision en un espectrometro (11), de la muestra extrana (18) que se desea examinar y luego, mediante comparacion, se comprueba si los valores medidos de la muestra extrana se encuentran dentro del modelo obtenido previamente.
