Abstract
Se describe una composicion de poliéster que comprende: I) un poliéster formado esencialmente por (i) residuos de diácido formados esencialmente por residuos tereftálicos; y (ii) residuos de diol formados esencialmente por entre alrededor del 92 y alrededor del 98 por ciento en moles de residuos de etilén glicol, entre alrededor de 1 y 4 por ciento en moles de residuos de dietilen glicol (DEG) y entre alrededor de 1 y 4 por ciento en moles de residuos de 1,4-ciclohexano dimetanol (CHDM); y que tiene una viscosidad inherente (IhV) que satisface las ecuaciones IhV-X-Y=0,74 a 0,80, donde X es la fraccion molar de CHDM e Y es la fraccion molar de DEG; y II) al menos un agente para aumentar el recalentamiento en una cantidad suficiente como para proveer entre alrededor del 5% y alrededor del 25% de mejora en el recalentamiento. Además, se describen los envases termo-fijados adecuados para envasar líquidos llenados en caliente, y los procesos para fabricar dichos envases termo-fijados.
