Abstract
Se proporcionan derivados de hidrazina de formula (1) en la que Ra representa alquilo inferior, alquenilo inferior, cicloalquilo inferior, cicloalquilo-inferior-alquilo-inferior, arilo o arilo-alquilo-inferior; R? representa un grupo acilo derivado de un ácido alfa-, beta -, gama-, o delta- (amino hidroxi o tiol) carboxílico, en el que el grupo amino, hidroxi o tiol está opcionalmente alquilado con un alquilo inferior, o el grupo amino está opcionalmente acilado, sulfonilado o amidado, y en el que cualquier grupo funcional presente en una cadena lateral está opcionalmente protegido, o un grupo de la formula Het (CH2)mCO; Rl representa hidrogeno, alquilo inferior, halo-alquilo-inferior, ciano-alquilo-inferior, amino-alquilo-inferior, hidroxi-alquilo-inferior, alcoxi-inferior-alquilo-inferior, alcoxi-inferior-carbonil-alquilo-inferior, cicloalquil-inferior-alquilo-inferior, aril-alquilo-inferior, heterociclil-alquilo-inferior, heterociclilcarbonil-alquilo-inferior, alquenilo- inferior, alquinilo-inferior, cicloalquilo-inferior, aril-alquenilo-inferior, arilo o heterociclilo; R4 representa alquilo inferior, alquenilo inferior, cicloalquilo inferior, cicloalquilo-inferior-alquil-inferior o un grupo de la formula X-arilo, X- heteroarilo o û(Ch2)n-CH=CR5R6; R5 Y R6 juntos representa un alquileno inferior en el que un grupo CH2 está reemplazado opcionalmente por un heteroátomo; Het representa heterociclilo; X representa un grupo espaciador; m representa 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; y n representa 1 o 2; y sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, que son inhibidores de la liberacion del factor de necrosis tumoral alfa (TNF-alfa) por las células. Estos compuestos puede utilizarse como medicamentos, especialmente en el tratamiento de enfermedades inflamatorias y autoinmunes, osteoartritis, enfermedades respiratorias, tumores caquexia, enfermedades cardiovasculares, fiebre hemorragia y sepsis. Además proporciona un compuesto util como intermediario para preparar un compuesto derivados de la hidrazina. El uso de los compuestos de la hidrazina.
