Abstract

En un neumático de autosoporte, cada una de las capas de carcaza (3A, 3B) se forma a través de una deposicion secuencial de longitudes tipo tira circunferencialmente distribuidas en un soporte toroidal (11). Los insertos resilientes de rigidez (16, 20) están interpuestos entre las porciones laterales (13A, 14A) de las longitudes axialmente internas (13), de las longitudes axialmente externas (14) y de las posibles longitudes axialmente intermedias (15). De esta manera, se crea un tipo de recipiente parcialmente abierto alrededor de al menos uno de los insertos de rigidez (16, 20), cuyo grado de apertura puede ser regulado segun los requerimientos, mediante la modificacion de la relacion entre espacio solido/espacio vacío determinada por la distancia existente entre las porciones laterales (13A, 14A, 15A) de las longitudes tipo tira (13, 14, 15) que revisten cada uno de los lados axialmente opuestos del inserto de rigidez propiamente dicho.
