Abstract

Una pila boton de zinc/aire (210) que posee un sellador adhesivo (143) aplicado a una porcion de la superficie interna de la carcasa del cátodo de la pila (240). El adhesivo se aplica preferentemente preparando una placa con un patron deseado repujado en ella, llenando el repujado en la placa con una mezcla adhesiva, aplicando una almohadilla de silicona al repujado para transferir el patron de adhesivo a la almohadilla, y luego aplicando la almohadilla a la superficie interna del escalon de la carcasa del cátodo (245) para transferir el patron de adhesivo a ella. El adhesivo preferentemente es una mezcla basada en disolvente que comprende una poliamida.
