Abstract

Un tramo de tubería para el tendido submarino, compuesto de una cantidad de tubos de acero (1) soldados entre sí frontalmente, con un aislamientoanticorrosivo (2) de plástico que incluye al menos una capa y con un dispositivo de sustentacion dispuest o por fuera en el tramo de la tubería, que debedimensionarse teniendo en cuenta el volumen y el peso de los tubos de acero (1) de forma tal que el tramo de tubería flote en la superficie del agua. Aquí, eldispositivo de sustentacion está conformado c omo un revestimiento (39 aplicado sobre el aislamiento anticorrosivo (2) de un material celular de poro cerrado yque rodea la superficie del aislamiento anticorrosivo (2) de plástico que incluye al menos una capa y con un dispositivo de sustentacion dispuesto por fuera enel tramo de la tubería, que debe dimensionarse teniendo en cuenta el volumen y el peso de los tubos de acero (1) de forma tal que el tramo de tubería flote enla superficie del agua. Aquí, el dispositivo de sustentacion está conf ormado como un revestimiento (3) aplicado sobre el aislamiento anticorrosivo (2) de unmaterial celular de poro cerrado y que rodea la superficie del aislamiento anticorrosivo (2) al menos por sectores y que está adherido firmemente de modo quelas fue rzas de sujecion axiales que aparecen en el tendido de tubos al hundir el tramo de tubería sean transmisibles a los tubos de acero (1), y donde elmaterial celular respecto de su porosidad (estructural celular) y las propiedades mecánicas del material utilizado a tal fin se seleccionan de manera tal queel volumen del dispositivo de sustentacion en el tendido de tubos es comprimible tan fuertemente por la accion de la presion estática del agua por sobre laprofundidad prevista del tendido que las f uerzas de sustentacion que actuan sobre la parte sumergida del tramo de tubería sea más pequenas que su peso.
