Abstract
Cepa de levaduras metilotroficas recombinantes productoras de un precursor de insulina, construcciones de ADN y método para obtener la cepa. Dicha cepacomprende en su genoma por lo menos una copia de una primera construccion de ADN y una segundacons truccion de ADN, donde dichas construcciones de ADN soncapaces de dirigir la expresion y liberacion al medio de un precursor de insulina humana de la formula: B(1-30)-Y1-Y2-A(1-21), donde Y1 es lisina o arginina;Y2 es lisina o arginina; B(1-30)es el péptido B de la insulina humana; y A(1-21) es el péptido A de la insulina humana y donde la cepa de levadurascorresponde a una cepa de levadura de Pichia Pastoris.
