Abstract

Se refiere a un método para seleccionar y mejorar sustancias alimenticias para uso en un pienso mediante el análisis de la distribucion estadística delcontenido nutritivo de lotes de la sustancia alimenticia y cálculo del numero de lotes dentro deun intervalo predeterminado de una composicion nutritivadeseable. Se calcula el coste de mejorar la sustancia alimenticia por adicion de aditivos nutritivos y se aceptan o rechazan los lotes de la sustanciaalimenticia, aplicándose la etapa de mejoraso lamente a los lotes aceptados. El método puede aplicarse a productos tales como harina de soja y maíz que son losconstituyentes principales del pienso. El método produce una sustancia alimenticia con una variancia menor que la natural en cuantoa la composicion denutrientes y una garantía de una composicion nutritiva deseada sin necesidad de una sobre formulacion sistemática del producto.
