Abstract
La invencion que se revela en la presente proporciona genes y métodos para crear y utilizar dichos genes para la expresion en la semilla de plantas como elmaíz. Cuando los genes se expresan en forma endogena, se producen proteínas que mejoran elvalo r nutritivo de los alimentos elaborados con dicha semilla.Asimismo, se revela un método para disenar genes que se utilizarán en la produccion de proteínas que pueden ser expresadas de una manera mediante la que seincrementará el valor nutritivode lo s alimentos.
