Abstract

Un sistema y método para crear servicios de abonado en una red de telecomunicaciones basadas en el protocolo de Internet (IP). Una arquitectura de creacionde servicios incluye un Creador de Componentes de Servicios (SCC) que crea objetos poderhabientes de servicios y los coloca en puestos en un Servicio deBusqueda (LUS). El LUS resulta accesible a los creadores de Servicios para empresas (ESC) a través de Internet. Los ESC descargan los objetos poderhabientes deservicios colocados en puestos enel LUS y personalizan los objetos descargados para crear servicios personalizados para los usuarios de empresas. Los ESCcargan los objetos poderhabientes de servicios personalizados en un LUS para Empresas y el LUS para Empresas descarga los objetospoderhabientes de serviciospersonalizados en una Unidad de Administracion de Servicios (SMU) que sirve al usuario final. Un guardián de puerta que sirve a los usuarios finales utiliza elcodigo poderhabiente del servicio descargado en la SMU para determinar la localizacion de un deposito de Implementacion de Servicios (SIR) que almacena elcodigo de servicio real para implementar el servicio personalizado. El guardian de puerta después descarga el codigo de servicio real del SIR, construye unAgente de Servicio de Usuario (USA) personalizado que incluye el codigo de servicio real y envía el USA personalizado a una agencia (plataforma de agentemovil) en terminal del usuario.
