Abstract

La presente trata de una máquina modular utilizada para extraer y recuperar aceite esencial de frutas cítricas tales como limon, naranja, mandarina,pomelo, etc., sin remocion de la cáscara, a través de microperforacion de la misma y ruptura de lascé lulas de aceite. El aceite extraído, es capturado en aguaformando una emulsion acuosa. La máquina desarrollada comprende básicamente un conjunto de discos dentados (9) montados sobre respectivos ejes soportes (8),una estructura base (1), en cuyapart e inferior se encuentra instalado un conjunto de transmision formado por dos poleas (2) y cadenas o correas dentadas (3)accionadas por un motor (4); conjunto de ejes soportes (8) dotados de movimiento rotatorio y axial alternado, a través de unconju nto de accionamiento (10)interconectado a las bielas (11) que transmiten movimiento alternado a las manivelas (12) conectadas, de forma alternada, a las extremidades (13) de losmencionados ejes soportes (8); tanque de emulsion (15) dotadolateralment e de colectores (16); placa vertedora (30); conjunto de limpieza de discos (9); unidadde lavado y secado de las frutas y sistema de lubricacion automática para aplicacion de aceite y grasa en los puntos específicos.This is a modular machine used to extract and recover essential oil from citrus fruits such as lemon, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, etc., without removing the peel, through microperforation of the same and rupture of the oil cells .
