Abstract

Un aparato para ingreso de datos (10) recibe una primera tecla de caracteres de un teclado (12). Se presenta un conjunto de caracteres asociados con laprimera tecla de caracteres. Se recibe una segunda tecla de caracteres del teclado (12), en dondeu n segundo conjunto de caracteres está asociado con lasegunda tecla de caracteres. Un carácter del primer conjunto de caracteres es combinado con un carácter del segundo conjunto de caracteres. Se presenta unconjunto de n-gramas, derivado del pasode combinacion, en orden descendente basado en una probabilidad de frecuencia de uso en un idioma dado. Cuando sedetecta un n-grama alternativo que está siendo resaltado activamente, el n-grama se bloquea para crear un n-grama bloqueado y loscaracteres asociados conteclas de caracteres siguientes varían en sus combinaciones con respecto al n-grama bloqueado.
