Abstract

Una estructura de plástico de capas multiples asimétrica coextrudada cuyas capas comprenden: una capa de barrera compuesta por un copolímero de etileno yalcohol vinílico; una capa de adhesivo sobre cada superficie de dicha capa de barrera; capas de superficie interior y exterior; y una capa de relleno situadaentre una de dichas capas de superficie y una de las capas de adhesivo adyacentes, dicha capa de relleno está compuesta por un polímero termoplástico ycarbonato de calcio en una cantidad suficiente para que dicha estructura de capas multiples tenga un nivel aceptable de rizamiento; un envase distribuidorcolapsable que tiene una pared de cuerpo que se forma con una estructura de plástico de capas multiples cuyas capas comprenden: una capa de barrera; una capade adhesivo sobre cada superficie de dicha capa de barrera; capas de superficie interior y exterior; y una capa de relleno situada entre una de dichas capas desuperficie y una de dichas capas de adhesivo adyacentes, dicha capa de relleno está compuesta por un polímero termoplástico y carbonato de calcio en unacantidad suficiente para que la pared del cuerpo tenga propiedades de distribucion de producto mejoradas comparado con los envases distribuidores de plásticode capas multiples que no tienen carbonato de calcio en una capa de la pared de su cuerpo; y un método para formar una estructura de plástico asimétrica deseis capas que tiene una capa de barrera de un copolímero de etileno y alcohol vinílico y que tiene un nivel aceptable de rizamiento, comprende: coextrudardicha estructura de seis capas.
