Abstract

La presente provee un proceso para la preparacion de una composicion que comprende vitamina B12 natural, en donde dicho proceso comprende los pasos de: a)obtencion de células microbianas que contienen vitamina B12 natural; b) provocar la apertura delas células microbianas de manera tal que por lo menos partedel contenido soluble de las células que contiene vitamina B12 se libera en el líquido que contiene a las células; c) separar las células abiertas y el líquidoque contiene la vitamina B12;d ) preparar una mezcla de la vitamina B12 y por lo menos una parte de las células abiertas, en donde la mezcla posee unaconcentracion de vitamina B12 en base a materia seca en un exceso de 0,1% (p/p).
