Abstract
Se describe un método y un aparato para separar los componentes de un material de alimentacion con anterioridad o simultáneamente con al menos, lavaporizacion parcial de uno de los componentes. El aparato, comprende, al menos, una entrada (8) paraad mitir el material de alimentacion (10) que contiene losdos componentes al aparato (2) donde se encuentra ubicado un dispositivo para introducir un primer movimiento al material de alimentacion, como ser, porejemplo, un generador de turbulencia enlín ea (14), que imparte un movimiento turbulento al material de alimentacion para separar parcialmente los componentesen dos flujos turbulentos. El material parcialmente separado, al emerger del generador de turbulencia en línea (14), se encuentraen un tubo de evaporacion(20) en el que se vaporiza el componente más volátil para asistir además, en la separacion de dos componentes en un componente líquido y en un componentegaseoso o de vapor. El componente líquido y la fase de vapor sondescargados desde el aparato en dos corrientes a través de la misma salida (36). Lasmodificaciones del método y del aparato incluyen (i)que presenta multiples tubos de evaporacion(20),cada uno opcionalmente provisto con su propio generadordeturbulencia en línea para facilitar una mejor distribucion y separacion del material de alimentacion, y (ii) que presenta una tobera de rechazo (40) y unconducto de rechazo (42) ubicados dentro del generador para permitir el pasaje del vapor o delgas a través del gener ador de turbulencia en línea (14) cuandoexiste un flujo intermedio formado en el generador (14) y transferido al tubo de evaporacion (20). El método y el aparato de esta solicitud son utilizados comoun pre-tratamiento en unaplanta de separacion gene ral.
