Abstract

En los procedimientos convencionales de tratamiento de soluciones acuosas que contienen bases y ácidos orgánicos siempre se separo solo uno de loscomponentes. Para eliminar el segundo componente de la solucion eran necesarios etapas de proceso suplementarias, las que aumentaban notablemente los esfuerzostécnicos y financieros. La presente invencion se refiere, por ello, a un procedimiento para el tratamiento de soluciones acuosas que contienen bases y ácidosorgánicos mediante el empleo de un procedimiento electroquímico. El procedimiento acorde con la invencion se emplea, entre otras cosas, para la purificacion delas aguas de reaccion que se obtienen en procesos de elaboracion de compuestos carbonílicos.
