Abstract
Se fabrica una primera tela de carcasa (3a) al tender sobre un soporte toroidal (11), una primera y una segunda series de secciones que semejan tiras(13, 14) cortadas con el tamano adecuado a partir de un elemento continuo que semeja una tira (2a),y cada una de las cuales comprende elementos longitudinalesque semejan hilos (17) que se incorporan a la capa de material elastomérico (20). Las secciones (13) de la primera serie se tienden en secuencias a unadistancia en cincunferencia dada entresí , para formar porciones laterales (13a, 14a) sobre cuyas corbatas terminales se aplican las primeras porcionesprimarias (4a) de las respectivas estructuras de refuerzo (4) en los talones. Cada una de las secciones de la segunda serie (14) seinterpon e entre dossecciones de la primera serie (13), con las respectivas corbatas terminales (14a) que se superponen a las primeras porciones (4a) de las estructuras anulares(4). Se fabrica una segunda tela (3b) de la misma manera que la primeratela, con una tercera y una cuarta series de secciones que semejan tiras (15,16)dispuestas en una orientacion cruzada respecto de las de la primera tela de carcasa y que se superponen con las segundas porciones primarias de las estructurasanularesde refuerzo (4) sobre los laterales opuestos. Se aplican porciones adicionales (24) de las estructuras anulares a las corbatas terminales (20a) de lassecciones (14) que pertenecen a la segunda serie.
