Abstract
La invencion se refiere a una composicion alimenticia, a base de materias derivadas de la leche, bajo la forma de una emulsion de aceite en agua,eventualmente de volumen incrementado, caracterizada porque la tasa de materia grasa es inferior al 50%e n peso y porque comprende una cantidad eficaz demono, di y/o triglicéridos de uno o varios isomeros activos de los ácidos linoleicos conjugados (MG, CLA, DG CLA y/o TG CLA). Se refiere másparticularmente a las composiciones lácteas fermentadasespeci almente a los yogures o las cremas frescas.
